About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Consultant to support the HR Business Execution team.
In this role, you will:
Consult with HR colleagues and business partners on matters of significance regarding data and analytics and performance or improvement opportunities in support of the business functions.
Take lead on scoping, retrieving, analyzing, and developing data stories for senior leaders and Operating Committee members by aggregating people data from disparate sources.
Identify and propose recommendations from the data.
Take the lead on producing monthly executive summary reports for the business based on headcount, attrition, representation, hiring, as well as other human capital metrics, working closely with center of excellence HR partners to collect the appropriate data that supports the business OKRs
Engage with peers across the business execution community to act as a community of practice to further mature the HRBP model and provide a “best in class” support of our HRBP leaders
Review and provide data analysis, providing insights and “tell the story” with accuracy and an “executive ready” mindset
Partner closely with HRBPs to make recommendations for activities, procedures, or programs to improve business outcomes, ensure compliance with data privacy regulation, and partner on consulting engagements
Partner closely with People Analytics to articulate the needs of the business around data and reporting, including Business Unit Review / Operating Key Results
Identify and define business requirements and translate business needs into moderately complex research and recommendations to improve efficiency
Develop customized reports, ad hoc analyses, or data visualizations to make recommendations for alternatives
Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies
Participate in company initiatives or processes to assist in meeting its risk and capital objectives and other strategic goals
Required Qualifications:
2 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of human resources analytics and reporting
Experience consulting, influencing, and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers
Experience aggregating and synthesizing data from disparate systems to form a story or presentation for senior leaders
Experience with Tableau and creating dashboards
Workday reporting experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and PowerPoint skills
Experience developing operational reporting and performing complex data analysis
Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Operational knowledge of HR tools, processes, workflows and people data
Job Expectations:
This position will require onsite presence at one of the locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule
