An approachable Mediterranean cuisine that combines rich flavors with seafood and prime meat. We take pride in carefully curated selection of wines from various region such as Morocco, France, Greece, Portugal, Italy, Spain, and California, allowing the guests to enjoy a unique experience.
We are hiring for the following positions:
Bartenders: Minimum 2 years of experience. Follow recipes according to specs. Friendly, great service and knowledgeable.
-Clean/sharp appearance. Excellent communication skills and be punctual.
Cocktail servers: Detail oriented. An optimal appearance at all times. Outgoing and suggest highly priced beverages. Able to maintain cleanliness at the work area, tables, stations and anticipate guest needs.
Good knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and service is a must.
We have very elegant clientele who pay well and tip very high so we must continue to provide the best of service in Boston. Also, have an outgoing and positive personality, and must be able to adapt rapidly from slow to high volume. You get your tips the same night and we are not a pool house. Our weekend nights are really busy so weekends and holidays are a must.

Pay: $19.18 - $23.10 per hour
