Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all business functions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the operations team to achieve company goals
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to improve productivity and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on operations management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in sales, business development, and strategic planning is a plus
- Proficient in managing profit loss statements and driving process improvement initiatives
