Infrahire is Hiring a Senior Tax Accountant Near Charleston, SC
- Prepare, organize and compile data for the preparation of annual income tax returns for business and personal returns
- Support timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close, including adjusting journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of all operational management accounts
- Review of financial statements prepared by staff accountants and bookkeepers
- Assist with tax research as necessary to support a position
- Engaging regularly with clients and maintaining strong relationships
- Possessing strong knowledge of tax law and statutory regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
- 3 years of tax experience preferred
- 3 years accounting experience preferred
- CPA, EA or aspiring CPA, EA preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software
- QuickBooks and tax software (Lacerte, Ultra Tax, CCH) experience preferred
Location: Mount Pleasant, SC 29466 (potential hybrid remote after 3 months)
