Hampton Inn & Suites St. Charles Old Town Area in St Charles, MO is looking fo hotel maintenance to join our strong team. We are located on 1410 S 5th St. This position will be shared with another hotel giving you 2 days in St. Charles and 3 days in O'fallon MO. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Utilize the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects, including managing contractors and vendors
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
- Proficiency in using logic controllers and other relevant equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management is a plus
