Nelson Management is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Charles, LA
Job Summary:
Our team is seeking a hard working dependable person to do maintenance in a mobile home community. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our park under the direction of the community manager and maintenance manager.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain equipment and keep park in good working condition.
-Must be able to understand and follow oral instructions
-Must have transportation to and from work
-General duties include: Loading, unloading, operating small equipment and hand tools, maintaining grass, picking up trash as needed, maintenance including light repairs to homes, plumbing, and general-repairs.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
