Engineers and Constructors International, Inc. is Hiring a Process Design Engineer Near Charles, LA
- Develop and lead process studies to evaluate potential options (both technically and economically), determine the optimum solution, and assist in the development of the scope for the selected option. The selected option could be based on economics, safety, and/or environmental.
- Provide guidance, review, and check process design work performed by engineering contractors on engineering design data, process flow diagrams, P&ID's, process equipment data sheets, and process bid tabulations
- Support the engineering effort to completely define, design, implement, and start-up the assigned project. Assigned projects could be strategic, maintenance, regulatory, risk mitigation or safety driven.
- Provide assistance and advice in technical matters to fellow engineers, technicians, and supervisory personnel from all departments within the refinery and the corporation
- Develop engineering solutions to projects which arise from both planned capital expenditures and from technical service activities in the refinery.
- B.S Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum (5) years of refinery experience
- Process Design Engineering experience, preferred
- Valid driver's license required
