Primary Responsibility: Maintain and sustain on-site systems and equipment by conducting regularly scheduled maintenance and monitoring system functionality, as well as assisting with deployments and system enhancements to achieve site goals.
Job Description:Under the direction of the Positive Fusion Project Manager and/or Professional Services Manager, the OSR will conduct daily routine checks and scheduled maintenance to ensure longevity and continuity of the systems deployed on-site. In addition, the OSR will monitor systems to verify optimal functionality and directly address any issues that may arise. This position requires detailed documentation to be kept of all maintenance performed and may have to be available in an on-call capacity some nights and weekends. The OSR is expected to maintain a professional appearance and foster healthy work relationships with internal and external personnel. Troubleshooting and problem-solving activities will be common for this position, so it will be critical for the OSR to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Positive Fusion systems. The OSR will need to be familiar with Microsoft Suite, primarily Excel. Experience with networking and cable management is a huge plus, as well as experience with hand tools and power tools. This position will be subject to a 90 Day probationary period.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to pass a background check
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Excel particularly)
- Well organized
- Coachable
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Professional appearance
- Understanding professional etiquette
- Availability for weekends on-call
- Able to work ten-hour days, four times a week
- Reliable transportation
- Good communicator
- Hard worker
- Networking and cable management experience
- Experience with hand tools and/or power tools
- Proficiency with Excel
- Understanding FOD and FOD prevention procedures
- Degree or certification of higher education
- Eager to learn and take on more responsibility
- Conduct periodic checks on all equipment
- Conduct regularly scheduled maintenance on equipment
- Conduct impromptu maintenance to fix or replace broken, damaged, or faulty equipment
- Monitor PF systems to ensure optimal functionality
- Keep detailed documentation of maintenance activity using reports provided by management
- Communicate effectively with Project manager
- Be available some nights and weekends for on-call services
- Cultivate professional work relationships
- Field and escalate questions and concerns from end users and site management
- Assist project manager with projects such as deployments
- Provide reports to site leadership and management teams
- Work with tooling team to guarantee tool accountability
- Assist tooling team in tracking down lost items
