Children's Campus of Chapel Hill is Hiring a Pre-K Teacher Near Chapel Hill, NC
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Pre-K Teacher to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children and be able to create a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and grow. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, providing guidance and support to students, and communicating with parents about their child's progress.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate and meet the needs of the students.
- Supervise students in the classroom and on field trips.
- Encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
- Maintain records of student progress and behavior.
Must have:
- EDU 119
- Over 2 years experience in Pre-k
- Bachelor's Degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
