We are seeking a Part Time with possibility of leading to full time associate Mondays and Tuesdays with no weekends. We utilize the latest technologies such as a CBCT, intraoral scanner, and mill. We have a strong hygiene department where an associate will NOT be doing any hygiene.
We are a privately owned by one doctor and NOT a DSO. The owner does all phases of dentistry including molar endo, surgery, implant placement, and all on x surgeries.
Mentorship available to any young dentist wanting to learn all phases of dentistry where the owner doctor will teach not only clinical excellence and efficiency, but the business side of dentistry as well. Mentoring includes owner dentist sitting/assisting associate with various procedures from fillings, crown preps, extractions, and endo. Learn how to provide quality dentistry efficiently and with the safety net of the owner being besides you.
-Growth opportunities such as profit sharing or partial ownership available for the right associate.
-$700 a day compensation or percentage of adjusted production, whichever is higher
-CE allowance per year
