Responsible for the creation, implementation, and completion of purchase orders and subcontract actions within the Supply Chain organization. Ensures that the procurement of raw materials/sub-assemblies and general supplies is made in a timely manner with optimal inventory consideration. Create sourcing strategies, use price analysis techniques, conduct negotiations, and make PO/subcontract awards for commodities and services. Develop and maintain key internal stakeholder relationships to create a collaborative subcontracting environment. Ensure that all PO and subcontract actions are following the FAR/DFAR and other Government or customer requirements.
