Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer in Chandler, AZ.

Job Role and Responsibility: Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments; Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures; Drive moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments including customization of Salesforce Lighting Web components, customization of Salesforce Apex, admin changes on Salesforce application, active software development, and expanding JavaScript and CSS implementation; Contribute to large scale planning of strategies; Resolve moderately complex issues and work with a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements; Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered, as an Application Developer, Programmer Analyst, or in a related position involving software engineering experience.

Specific skills required:

• 4 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration and development; security, standard objects, reports/dashboards, Knowledge, data management, and sandbox environments

• 4 years of hands-on experience in customizing and developing business solutions using Salesforce Sales, Servicing and Marketing clouds

• 4 years of working experience in developing web applications using Apex, Aura or Lightning Web Components (LWC) in Salesforce.

• 4 years of working experience in integrating with other applications using different protocols including SOAP/REST

• 4 years of hands-on experience in deployments with VS Code, GIT, SFDX, and Jenkins

• Experience with CICD pipeline and DevOps
