*Checking statements for accuracy, calling about discrepencies
*Accounts Receivable, sending customers statements twice a month
*Inventory, data entry and making Purchase Orders
*Spreadsheet maintenance and product arriving in which warehouse location
*County Petty cash and tracking
*Order supplies office and warehouse
*Keeping the form library and making all corrections to distribute
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Experience with Quickbooks
*Accuracy and attention to details
*Organizational skills
*Ability to multitask
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Self-motivated
