- Pay Range: $25-$42/hr based on experience (with opportunities for additional compensation)
- HS graduate (associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC preferred)
- 3 years install experience
- 3 to 5 years of service experience (residential and light commercial) HVAC system troubleshooting/repair
- Knowledge of basic and advanced sheet metal skills
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must pass drug screen
- Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices, air balancing principles and techniques, and familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Build strong customer relationships, build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.
- Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships by knowing their needs, making recommendations, and setting expectations.
