JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Inspecting Parts with Precision: Using measuring tools (such as calipers and micrometers) to inspect parts accurately.
· Testing Machine Operation: Operators periodically test machine performance during their shift to identify any issues.
· Quality Control: Operators check the output for any machine-related mistakes or flaws, maintaining records of approved and defective units or final products.
· Adherence to Safety Regulations: Following health and safety regulations, including the constant use of protective gear.
· Reading Blueprints and Manuals: Understanding blueprints, schematics, and manuals is essential for interpreting machine specifications.
· Teamwork and Communication: Being a team player is crucial, as production tasks often require close collaboration with co-workers.
· Physical Stamina and Strength: The job may involve standing for extended periods and lifting, at times, heavy materials.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
