Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Take the time to understand the insurance needs of each client and provide tailored advice.
  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, addressing client inquiries and offering solutions.
  • Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans that meet the unique requirements of each client.
  • Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by offering additional insurance products.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

  • Licensing: Possess an active Insurance Sales License in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting client needs.
