An elite team of about 100 employees work on a variety of machines including mills, lathes, mill turn, and grinders to manufacture precision equipment for their customers. With new machines recently installed, and more on the way, they are dedicated to keeping up with the latest, state-of-the-art technology. 

This is an opportunity to leverage your current lathe experience and work with live tooling, while gaining exposure to a variety of other high-end machining technologies. This is a 1st shift position with a flexible start time of 6 AM on Monday- Friday. The goal is to maintain a strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes
• Edit programs at the machine
• Perform first article and in process inspections
• Learn other machining capabilities within the operations

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating lathes
• Knowledge of Mori Seiki and or DMG lathes is a great plus
• Ability to edit programs at the machine 
• Understanding of blueprints, drawings, and models
• Knowledge of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges etc.
