In this role, you will oversee a diverse range of creative and branding projects, effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment, and react with appropriate urgency and thoughtfulness to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
The coordinator will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including our internal and external communication teams, HR, IT, and other business personnel, to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
This role is vital to our Corporate team, and we are seeking a candidate who is meticulous, consistent, agile, and a team player.
This role offers a 100% remote work schedule, with expected business hours being 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm Eastern Standard Time.
What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing a variety of creative and brand projects, such as digital and print materials, ad campaigns, social content, marketing videos, articles, script writing, copy editing, etc.
Re-prioritizing tasks if needed to meet deadlines. Managing a high volume of requests and projects at different stages in the workflow, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and personal goals are met.
Ensuring final project deliverables align with business objectives, meet brand standards, and are completed on time. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field 3 years of experience in traffic coordination or project management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment Knowledge of creative processes and best practices Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike or other PM platforms) and software (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.
