ABOUT CASCADE:

Cascade Community Healthcare (CCH) has been providing treatment services to Lewis County and surrounding areas for more than 50 years. Our mission is to provide our clients with compassionate and encouraging counseling leading to a renewed sense of hope and the ability to make positive changes and live more satisfying lives. Cascade currently has six treatment locations in Lewis County.

We are looking for a Grant Evaluator to join our CCBHC Department. This position will design and execute a system for the CCBHC Expansion Grant. The Project/Grant Evaluator will create a review process to evaluate the effectiveness of the grant and also create a plan to increase project quality and user satisfaction. Additional duties include the tracking of Grant spending, requesting payment from the Payment Management System, and bank statement reconciliation. This job also includes the entry of data into the SPARS system as well as tracking NOMS compliance throughout the organization. This position is grant funded.

Day Shift: Monday - Friday

PAY SCALE:

$22.84 - $27.84. DOE. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:

• A bachelor’s degree in social/behavioral sciences preferred.
• Experience in SQL query and statistics or data analysis preferred.
• Must be able to pass WA State Patrol background check. A national background check may be required if have not lived in WA State consecutively the last three years.
• Must be able to represent the agency in a positive and professional manner.
• Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Must comply with agency policies and procedures.
• Must have the technical capacity to use data processing programs.
• Must be able to legally drive in the state of Washington, have valid driver’s license.
• Must keep updated demographic and contact information with the Human Resources Department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Monitor and evaluate collection and quality improvement initiatives throughout the Agency.
• Design and develop data collection and project evaluation tools.
• Manage and upgrade current databases in use.
• Conduct routing analysis on project process and outcome data.
• Identify program improvement working closely with Program Directors and staff.
• NOMS entry into SPARS system.
• Tracking of NOMS compliance.
• Bank record reconciliation.
• PMS payment pulls.
• Invoice tracking and budget updates.
• Provide training on different evaluation aspects.
• Draft written reports and presentations related to evaluation process and findings.
• Consult appropriate personnel as needed to facilitate ongoing process of project design, implementation,
  and revision.
• Develop data collection protocol and instrumentation necessary to conduct in-depth studies.
• Conduct reviews of program-related documents, data files, published information and official reports.
