Cooper, Adel, Vu & Associates, LPA is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Centerburg, OH

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming person to serve as the Receptionist in our Centerburg office. As the face of our growing estate and elder law firm, your duties will include greeting clients and their families, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling and confirming appointments, entering information into our client database and other administrative responsibilities.

Your role is to provide exceptional client service through superior communication skills, professionalism, empathy, accuracy, problem solving, reliability and an excellent work ethic. Responsibilities :

  • Greet clients and potential clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate individual to meet the caller's needs or questions
  • Answer general questions about the firm, the firm's services, and strategies
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and on the phone
  • Schedule client meetings. Call to confirm appointments.
  • Enter client data and contact notes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare files for client meetings.
  • Follow-up with potential clients who attended seminars to answer basic questions, schedule them and provide directions
  • Keep the premises neat and orderly.
  • Order and stock supplies.
  • Assure the smooth flow of clients and staff in meeting appointment times

You will receive training regarding legal concepts, the firm's services and the applications that are unique to our office. The following skills and attributes are required:

  • Excellent computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
  • Demonstrated data entry accuracy
  • Proven experience handling phone calls professionally
  • Ability to work well with others, a team player
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for our clients and their families
  • College degree preferred
