Description

High Hotels Ltd., is a leading operator of select-service and extended stay hotels across PA & NJ. We strive to maintain the highest standards in guest service and overall product quality.

As a Bartender at High Hotels LTD, you will be responsible to accurately take guest orders and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.

This position is located at the SpringHill Suites on West Drive in Center Valley, PA.

This is a Full -Time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have flexible available to be able to work varying hours on weekdays and weekends.

Weekend and Holiday availability is required.

Weekends include a $2 / hour shift premium!

Starting Rate : $12.25-$13.25 / hr., depending on experience. Plus tips!

Areas of responsibility for our bartenders include :

  • Responding to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Keeping bar area clean in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
  • Preparing, mixing and serving drinks to hotel guests directly or through serving staff.
  • Developing an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times.

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous bartending experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Must be capable of accurately handling money.
  • Reading, math, and communication skills.
  • Availability to work holidays and weekends is required.
  • Adhere to brand and company standards.
