Job Description:
$12.00/Hr plus Tips
-Prep and set up bar for the shift.
-Utilized the pull/close inventory sheets to ensure accurate inventory usages.
-Greet guests and take beverage/food orders from the guests.
-Ensure timely delivery and presentation of food and beverages to the guests.
-Total guest check in a timely and accurate manner following the use of cash handling procedure.
-Maintain safety & cleanliness of work space before, during and after shift close.
-Serve guests in a friendly manner and encourage repeat patronage.
-Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
-Anticipate guest's need, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
-Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
