Fives DyAG Corp. is Hiring an Assembly Technician Near Center, OH
What You Will Be Doing
- Install, maintain and repair electro-mechanical, electrical, and electronic components on a variety of manufacturing equipment and conveying systems
- Install and debug mechanical installation of conveying system apparatus (Pneumatic, hydraulic systems)
- Install, repair and replace defective parts in conveyors, generators, motors, controllers, switchboards, switches, conductors and other electrical devices
- Wiring motor power controls equipment circuits, reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics
- Testing wire connections with test equipment using multi-meters and oscilloscope
- Assemble junction boxes, back plates and harnesses per print
- Experience in the debug of input/outputs of electrical system
- Knowledge of mechanical drawings (bluepirints) and practices, electrical diagrams, schematics and practices, pneumatics, hydrualics and general assembly procedures is beneficial.
- A minimum of basic hand tools required.
- A positive attitude with technical aptitude or background is required
- Associate Technical Degree or experience in an automation/manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
