Now Hiring: RN/LPN Unit Manager
- 7am-3pm
Unit Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Oversee staffing schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training and development for nursing staff.
- Monitor resident care plans to ensure they are being followed correctly, and address any concerns or changes in resident conditions promptly.
- Ensure the unit is in compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Maintain open lines of communication with residents, families, and staff, acting as a liaison between nursing staff and administration.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance resident care.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care, incidents, and other relevant information.
Unit Manager Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in NJ
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
- Leadership or Supervisory experience
