Now Hiring: RN/LPN Unit Manager

  • 7am-3pm

Unit Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
  • Oversee staffing schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training and development for nursing staff.
  • Monitor resident care plans to ensure they are being followed correctly, and address any concerns or changes in resident conditions promptly.
  • Ensure the unit is in compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with residents, families, and staff, acting as a liaison between nursing staff and administration.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance resident care.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care, incidents, and other relevant information.

Unit Manager Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in NJ
  • Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
  • Leadership or Supervisory experience
  • Serious Applicants
