Job Title: Director of Marketing

Summary:
The Director of Marketing for our substance abuse treatment facility is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the facility's services, increase brand awareness, and drive patient admissions. This role requires a deep understanding of substance abuse treatment, effective communication skills, and a proven track record in marketing strategies within the healthcare or mental health sector.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with the facility's goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify target demographics and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach these audiences.
- Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content (blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.) that educates and engages target audience.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition from marketing efforts to patient intake processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all marketing activities, especially regarding patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field ( Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5 years) in marketing roles within the healthcare, mental health, or substance abuse treatment industry.
- Strong understanding of substance abuse treatment programs, patient journey, and related healthcare regulations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management, CRM software, etc,
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively, in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of ethical considerations and compliance with healthcare marketing regulations.
