Permit Coordinator Description
Main Duties
-Manage all permit ordering from a production report
-Submit permit orders and retrieve permits for all requested trades
-Upload and Print all permits. Deliver printed permits to Project Managers
-Drive to pick up permits and hang inspections when needed (paid mileage)
-Production assistance for permitting requirements
-Map and detail address for Townhome projects
Customer Service
~Phones and Walk-ins
~Number one in answering all incoming calls
~Enter new leads into Customer Service Software
~Customer complaint resolution
~Screen calls to management/ownership
~Follow up with all answering service leads, hang ups and screen calls
~Assist in answering web chat inquiries
Office Assistance - as needed
~Job filing, scanning and printing
~ Office Upkeep
~Monitor job paperwork and stock when needed
~Office supply stocking
~Weekly meeting assistance / lunch set up / break down
~Weekly office walk thru and tidy up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
