Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects for new clients, and existing clients who purchase additional features, including project planning, timeline management, and resource allocation.
- Drive the successful adoption and utilization of applicable AgencyBloc features based on client needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal functional experts to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement, addressing any questions or concerns and providing updates on project status.
- Conduct regular meetings with internal teams and clients to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project success, escalating issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and communication materials as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Insurance, or closely related field desired and three to five years relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of experience working directly with clients in a project management or client experience role.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of projects of varying complexity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working with technology and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a fast paced entrepreneurial team environment.
