Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest relations and providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with check-out procedures
- Operate phone systems and manage reservations
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
