Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all around campground resort maintenanc (electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, etc.). Customer service skills and proficiency in English are highly valued. Experience in facilities maintenance, residential painting, and supervising is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and plumbing repairs
- Conduct electrical repairs and maintain electrical systems
- Interpret schematics and work with logic controllers
- Welding tasks as needed for repairs and fabrication
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance projects
- Ensure all facilities are well-maintained and operational

Skills:

- Proficiency in electrical systems and repairs
- Welding skills for repairs and fabrication
- Strong customer service orientation
- Fluency in English for effective communication
- Experience in facilities maintenance and residential painting
- Supervisory experience is a plus
