Medina Valley is currently interviewing for a nurturing LVN to add to our compassionate team of nursing professionals.
Shifts Available: 2:00pm-10:00pm, 10pm - 6:00am, and Double Weekend 6am - 10pm
Pay: $24 per hour

- Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement community programs, policies and procedures.
- Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to supervisor and initiating corrective action.
- Identify safety hazards and initiate corrective action immediately.
- Castroville, TX 78009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Unencumbered RN or LVN State of Texas license.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Electronic Medical Record Experience required, PCC preferred.
