Outlets at Castle Rock in CO is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Tech to keep our center in good repair. Do you have experience with hand tools? Would you like to work with a great team of hardworking people? If so, please read on!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Operations Manager in performing handyman duties,
• Maintain the center to guarantee a safe, well-maintained facility for our customers, tenants, and employees.
• Provide minor landscaping and paver repairs when necessary.
• Ensure snow is removed for a safer guest experience.
• Maintain all equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles to keep everything in good working order.
• Perform minor plumbing, roof, parking lot, and lighting repairs in a commercial setting.
• Assist the grounds staff as needed in accordance with local, federal, state, and company standards.
• Have a working knowledge of all outlet center emergency procedures.
• Other special assignments as given by the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECH

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• General knowledge and capability with hand tools, fork/scissor/boom lifts, plumbing, painting, and electrical.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
