To work efficiently and safely, while maintaining target range on the following KPI’s: discrepancies, accidents, repairs, re-cuts, garment repairs, garment re-cuts, yield, desired ship dates, and inventory cycle counts.RESPONSIBILITIESPlaces parts in specified relationship to each otherClips or otherwise fastens parts togetherWorks at different workstations as production needs requireAssemble products for stock as neededAssist in Quality Control in productionWorks online where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along lineVerify sales order to assembled parts and/or finished productAdhere product logos and serial numbers on products properlyObserve all safety regulations and procedures of the facilityHelps in keeping production area clean and organizedParticipate in kaizen activities to achieve productivity and quality improvementsTrain associates as requiredOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSThree (3) months to one (1) year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
