Have reliable transportation. Knowledge of Charcuterie and Cheeses a plus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparation of food and ingredients for service. Answer, report, and follow the manager's instructions. Operating Deli equipment. Cleaning. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, of high quality, and in a timely fashion. Comply with all sanitation and nutrition regulations and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and guests. Moving or lifting up to 50 lbs.
