SUMMARY

The IT Supervisor will operate IT systems and manage IT technician staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of the IT shift and coordinating working schedule of IT technician staff
• Management and education of the IT technician on its work and performance
• Performing the role of Sysop (Groupware, email, Back-office systems)
• IT Asset (PC, SW) management and writing periodic reporting
• Management and operation of the licenses for employees (MS Office, etc.)
• Management of the work of IT technician staff and making the report on them
• Monitoring IT infrastructure systems for server, network, and security systems
• Establishing and supporting improvement measures for problems from IT devices
• Support trouble shooting for smart factory solution, network, and server
• Maintenance of IT related facilities such as server room, MDF and IDF
• Performing alternative tasks in the event of the IT technicians absent
• Establishing, supporting, and troubleshooting on End-point security systems

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 5 years of prior experience in IT support
• Management experience for IT shift workers
• Strong knowledge and experience in Computer, Network, and Hardware technology
• Compiles with the required deadlines and has high reliability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Shift works available

• Experience in the management and operation of IT infrastructure of high-tech industries such as Solar and semiconductors
• Experience with various OS such as windows, Linux and IT experience about user support
• Experience in massive asset (hardware, software, licenses) management
