Responsibilities:
The ADON performs diverse duties to ensure resident care quality and will:
- Oversee the infection Controle Program
- Ensure continues and timely staff education according to stateguidelines
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and Nurse Manager to ensure residents and staff satisfaction
Key Duties:
- Deliver safe and efficient care
- Participate in nursing home survey process
- Organize in-service and training programs
Requirements:
- RN qualification
- Longterm care leadership experience
- Team-oriented
- Infection Prevention Experience preferred
- Experience training and educating others
