ST. JOHN'S VILLA is Hiring a Residential Coordinator Near Carrollton, OH
Job Summary:
Functions included but are not limited to:
- Performing general clerical/office duties
- Working closely with Home Managers
- Assisting in the manage residential staff
- Ensuring the well-being of the individuals
- Direct liaison to the President in all matters concerning the operations of the living units
- Creates and maintains staff schedules and assists in assuring appropriate staffing for the homes at all times.
Must have:
- Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to mentor and maintain quality staff
- Ability to effectively lead and coach staff to foster team-oriented environment. Willingness to provide hands-on input.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.96 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
