Overview of position:

FEDITC is seeking an Information Technology Program Manager to work in the New Carrolton, MD/NCR area. A United States Citizenship is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects.
• Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of programs and projects.
• Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
• Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
• May supervise others.
• Other support duties as needed/directed.

Experience/Skills:

• Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of program management experience with Government Programs, in the Information Technology space to include overseeing project managers, managing schedules and program/project tasks effectively, and collaboration with stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Experience should demonstrate high-level management and leadership skills applied to similar projects in size, scope, and complexity to this contract.
• Must have experience working with conflict resolution, risk management, schedule, and budget controls.
• Must haveten plus (10 ) years of experience in IT or related technical disciplines.
• Must have experience leading programs based on multiple projects with proven delivery resulting in client satisfaction with at least seven plus (7 ) years in related disciplines.

Education:

• At a minimum, must have a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree in an Information Technology (IT) related field (i.e., Computer Science) from an accredited college/university.

Certifications:

• Must have an active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Clearance:

• Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
• Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
