Job Force, is hiring hardworking and driven Quality Inspectors with great work ethics. We need individuals with a broad range of experiences, who can multitask with frequently changing priorities within the Automotive Industry in Quality Control.

Quality Inspector Job Summary

Quality Inspectors perform various sorting, inspection, production, and data capture. Quality Inspectors work in partnership with our customers to contain and improve quality issues the most efficient way possible. Quality Inspectors work in manufacturing plants, warehouses or other locations where our customers parts are being produced or stored. Paragon Associates work collectively to ensure that we are responsive, accountable and accurate in all aspects of our work.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Inspects suspect material/parts via customer specification. Inspection may be lineside or offline. It could be visual or with measuring tools based on customer requirements.
  • Reject with placard for identification and properly package any material/parts.

· Perform re-work on material/parts per customer requirements to ensure all material is conforming if applicable.

· Document/record inspection results by properly completing reports, logs or tally sheets summarizing re-work and/or defects.

· Record Information throughout day.

· Maintain a very Neat 5’S work area at all times and ensure job instructions are followed as written.

· Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standard operating procedures and complying with legal regulations.

· Updates job knowledge by reviewing job specific work instructions.

Requirements:

· Must be able to work up to 12-hour shifts, based on production need, up to 7 days, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

· Written and verbal communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Hand/eye coordination

· Reliable transportation

· Able to lift up to 25 pounds for duration of shift
