- Practice Partner EMR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- Are you okay with the required travel for this position? (yes)
- Have you spoke with a Relode Recruiter about this role (via phone)? (yes)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Support patients in Carnegie/Crafton, PA and surrounding areas
- Spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations
- Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- Self-manage time and schedule
- On-call Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm 8 units on Saturday 8 units on Sunday, 2 holidays per year
- Local travel requirements
