Wabash Senior Living & Rehabilitation, LLC, (previously a part of Wabash Christian Village) is a large skilled nursing facility located in Carmi, IL.

We are in search of a dynamic RN or LPN to join our awesome team! This is a very pleasant facility with welcoming staff that do work together as a team!

Currently Available:

• 1 Full Time 6a-6p shift and 2 Full Time 6p-6a openings (12 Hour Shifts)
• Currently day shift openings have a $5,000 sign on bonus that is paid out monthly over 1 year.
• Currently, night shift openings have a $10,000 sign on bonus that is paid out monthly over 1 year.

Wages offered:

Our starting wage is $27.00 for LPN and $32.00/hr for RN's.
