LittleStar ABA Therapy is Hiring a Marketing and Communications Coordinator Near Carmel, IN
Condition of Employment
- Must successfully pass the initial and updated criminal history, background, and record checks, which includes driving history checks
- Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as provided by LittleStar, where physical distance cannot be attained, as needed
- Social Media Management:
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms
- Schedule and publish posts to maximize reach and engagement in our courses
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, gain more reviews, and analyze performance metrics
- Graphic Design:
- Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials
- Collaborate to brand LittleStar
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
- Marketing Support:
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and fundraising campaigns
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional and/or fundraising events
- Adheres to all LS policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required, must be currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program or recent graduate
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong passion for marketing, social media, and graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign; additional knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
- A positive team player and energetic professional
- Strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good judgment and creative thinking skills
- Ability to communicate appropriately given the circumstances of the situation and individuals involved
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
Position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office and audiovisual equipment.
