Job Description: Air Compressor Solutions (ACS) is a full-service distributor for Ingersoll Rand, Doosan Equipment, and other equipment lines. We cover a wide range of tools, air compressors and generator products. ACS is a growing, family-owned company that has been in operation for over 30 years in the Permian Basin. This position will be for a highly motivated person with a positive attitude and a desire to exceed our customers’ expectations. • Answer customer calls to gather information for service needed.
• Opening work orders/ previewing work orders/ closing work orders. Remove
• Check work orders for accuracy.
• Verifying warranty work for proper processing.
• Follow-up with our parts department regarding pending part orders for our customers. remove
• Keep track of our technician’s times to ensure accuracy.
• Receives audited work orders from planner for processing.
• Updates customers portals as required.
• Reviews processing requirements from customers to help with proficiency.
• Completes any assigned tasks from planner and service manager.
• Fill in duties of service admin if needed.
• Answer incoming communications from customers as needed.
• Monday through Friday work schedule 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Some weekends may be required but is not the norm.

• High school diploma.
• Experience managing a large volume of phone calls a plus.
• Experience in working in bookkeeping or accounting a plus, but not required.
• Pursuit of an accounting or business degree a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to be cordial and pleasant when dealing with customers, both internal and external.
• Trustworthy with company financial and confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Must be able to make decisions with minimal help to satisfy our customers’ urgent needs.
• Customer focused, both internally and externally, with a constant attention to being accurate and timely in your work.
• Ability to own tasks from start to finish with little oversight. Must be able to manage multiple tasks at a time and manage own workload.
