We are seeking a highly organized, Order Fulfillment Coordinator to pick and fill orders at our on site warehouse. As the Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be responsible for shipping daily orders, and assisting with daily shipping/warehousing duties as assigned. Your role is crucial to ensuring that our customers and retail accounts receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Duties

• Assisting with co-packing and product packing for clients. This may include gummy, supplement, hemp, raw ingredient packaging.
• Labeling, batch coding, sealing, and packing items into case boxes for customer orders.
• Coordinate daily shipments and maintain timely and accurate delivery of product
• Package products securely for safe transportation
• Adhere to shipping, receiving procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to carry out daily tasks as assigned
• Assist in inventory management and restocking
• Uphold warehouse organization and cleanliness

Requirements

• Available to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Minimum of 1 year experience in shipping or logistics
• Age 21
• Located in Carlsbad or willing to commute
