Job Description:

Energy Harness Corporation (EHC) is an innovative manufacturer and distributor of renewable energy products such as LED Lighting and EV Charging Stations. EHC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help the team reach its sales goals by offering exceptional customer service and providing solutions to customers’ needs. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment, is technically inclined, and solution oriented. You must be comfortable assisting outside sales team members, managing customer accounts, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Determine customer’s needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Generate quotes for prospects and customers.
• Follow up on open quotes to close sales.
• Convert quotes to orders and orders to invoices.
• Maintain accurate and up to date information in CRM system.
• Support outside sales and marketing initiatives.
• Receive and apply customer payments as necessary.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience (recommended)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Intermediate computer knowledge required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• CRM experience preferred.
• QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Inside Sales Experience (1 years preferred)
• Customer Service Experience (2 years preferred)
• Counter Sales Experience (2 years preferred)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7AM – 4PM

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $20 - $24 per hour (based on skills and experience)
• Regularly scheduled performance evaluations with opportunity to grow and advance in pay as well as earn additional PTO
