- Job Title: Construction Project Manager
- Job Location: Cape Canaveral, FL

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, and manage construction projects according to the schedule, budget, and customer specifications.
- Understand project management principles and the requirements of the project.
- Communicate project status, issues, and solutions with stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor project timelines.
- Adhere to applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Inspect work in progress and ensure quality control.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Manage project documentation and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within the budget.
- Experience in commercial construction, general construction, electrical, roofing, water treatment, and HVAC.
- Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) projects and processes.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Knowledge of Primavera scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
