Established Property Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who shares our vision of excellent customer care and professionalism for our Luxury Apartment and Townhome Community located in the heart of Canton, MI.
Experience Required (minimum of 2 years):
*Maintenance and Repair*
- Property Maintenance
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC/ Boilers
- Carpentry
- Landscaping/ Plowing
Job Responsibilities(not limited to):
- Daily Maintenance of Community
- Service Requests
- Turning of vacant apartments
- Apartment Upgrades/Renovations
- Supervision and training of all Maintenance staff
