We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Arbor Pointe Veterinary Hospital As a Veterinary Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant. you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets. Your primary responsibility will be to greet clients, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative tasks. - Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar

- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients

- Provide information about our services, pricing, and policies

- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks

- Maintain accurate client records in our computer system

- Process payments for services rendered

- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Veterinary assistant experience or knowledge of veterinary procedures

- Familiarity with aseptic technique for maintaining cleanliness in the clinic

- Strong animal care skills, including animal handling and husbandry

- Proficiency in veterinary terminology to effectively communicate with clients and staff

- Excellent customer service skills.
