Big Easy BBQ is Hiring a Kitchen manager Near Canton, GA
Full time position. Would be hourly to start and could move into a salary position. Person hired needs to have reliable transportation, a great work ethic, a cool head and be able to lead by example.
Position responsibilities would include but not limited to :
1- Working in and developing a team environment
2- Working all positions on the line
3- Control labor by scheduling correctly and sending people home when business dictates
4- Managing food cost by portion control, ordering and monitoring other team members
6- Train new team members
7- Interview and recommend candidates for hiring
8- Help with specials and new menu items
Big Easy BBQ is a privately owned restaurant. Owners are on site 90% of open time.
