We are looking for experienced professionals wishing to grow their career in the hospitality industry on our team.At our new, Canton location we are hiring a dishwasher whose personality and character is well suited to our mission of Campania. We count on our dishwasher to set up the restaurant up for success by maintaining adequate levels of cleanliness of tableware and kitchenware.

Responsibilities:

· Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, and glassware

· Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.

· Rinse dishes, load and run dishes through machine, and unload dishes

· Hand-scrub, rinse, and sanitize kitchenware as needed.

· Keep the dish machine and area clean, report any functional or mechanical problems immediately; including notifying managers if dish detergent or cleaning supplies are running low

· Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle. Drain every 60 minutes

· Bag and remove any full trash to the dumpster

· Clean food preparation and production areas as required

· Sweep, mop, monitor cleanliness of the restaurant and bathrooms

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a Dishwasher in a full-service restaurant is preferred

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff members
