Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our client in Canonsburg, PA.

• Assist with managing program cost, schedule, and technical performance to ensure project contractual work products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide an additional program interface with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Assists with developing the performance measurement baseline and monitors execution, including establishment of and routine reporting on the technical performance, financial status, and program risks and issues.
• Generates the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) in coordination with inputs from Control Account Managers.
• Identifies program problems and issues and coordinates with the Program Manager, functional managers, and customers to obtain solutions to obtain solutions.
• Review reports and briefings prepared by staff for quality and compliance with contract requirements.
• Provides oversight and management of supplementary technical instructions.
• Supports execution of program reviews (travel anticipated).
• Prepares and delivers formal briefings (travel anticipated).
• Complies with quality assurance and security procedures in the performance of duties.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Leadership and management.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with MS Office and software applications.

• Master's Degree.
• Knowledgeable of defense contracting and finance, including Earned Value (EIA-748).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good customer service orientation.
